I am trying to use the ID/Password finder which sends you an email to reset your password. The account for the business doesn't work when I try to use that feature. The email will send but the link to reset the password says error. Please fix this issue...I can't post anything for my work. I had to make a separate account just to tell you the issue. Also, the email and password for the business account is long, it won't work with any of the combinations of I've tried. So my only option is the reset password feature, and that isn't working either.
