We are seeking an experienced and qualified sales and client service manager to join our manufacturing project team to assist in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage existing relationships with relevant customers and establish new relationships with targeted prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for targeting clients in automotive or other manufacturing industries to develop managed staffing services, business process outsourcing & solution outsourcing services.
Identify prospective clients by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
Meet annual sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement specific marketing strategies, sales processes and cost control for existing and target customers
Work closely with relevant departments and the corporate office throughout the sales process.
Provide reports to senior management.
Direct full life cycle client-facing implementation projects, working as project manager.
Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice to maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality services.
Serve as subject matter expert to lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including developing functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
Configure client business solutions and make ongoing recommendations.
Achieve engagement objectives while providing regular internal reports on the status of projects to key stakeholders.
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Oversee the plant’s production, technical, engineering, launch, quality, supply chain, information technology, and environmental health and safety activities.
Plan plant activities with departmental managers to ensure that the overall manufacturing goals are met on schedule and within budget.
Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bi-lingual English and Korean (spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated track record as a manufacturing client service manager.
Comprehensive expertise in overall plant management.
Understanding of performance evaluation and budgeting principles.
Prior experience in reporting key production metrics.
Proficiency in MS Office and MES software.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong decision-making acumen and a focused commitment to achieving results.
Able to travel as necessary.
MANUFACTURING SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5+ years of experience in supervisory or management roles in automotive manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Working with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business process requirements.
Managing customer accounts, channel partners, and outside representative agencies in a sales capacity
Driving end-user/channel sales for a large region
Working cross-functionally with several teams to execute sales goals.
Advising clients on a variety of topics including best practices (e.g., master data management, data governance in a manufacturing execution setting (MES))
Applying your honed relationship management skills to help build long-lasting client relationships.
Mentoring more junior team members
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
