Position is Mon-Fri, 10AM-3:30PM or flexible to fit applicants schedule. Up to $25/hour - depending on experience. **Full-time position optional after 3 moth probation period**
Candidate should present well with excellent in-person communication, as well as email and phone skills. Microsoft computing and familiarity with MS Office is required. Spreadsheet skills required. Data entry and minor accounting skills required. Quickbooks, experience is a plus! Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, preparing contracts, data entry, assist all president’s activities, pay bills, send notices, manage social media, quality control, etc… This role will be a hybrid of a traditional Office Manager mixed with Operations Manager tasks. In addition to the above office manager tasks, they will also be responsible for training our new virtual assistant. This role will also be responsible for creating and implementing task management with the assistance of outside software. We need someone to help streamline our office position and smooth out the current processes. This position will require occasional project management and regular system/metric audits. Bilingual Korean English is preferred but not required.
Because we deal with sensitive data, candidate must submit a current background check and sign NDA at time of hire.
