Joynus has partnered with one of the largest, global tier-1 automobile manufacturers to recruit a Production Manager. This position will be responsible for evaluating system performance and recommend improvements for high quality, cost-effectiveness, and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
• Distribute production schedules and work orders.
• Revise and create production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages.
• Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness and accuracy.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures.
• Compile and prepare documentation related to the production sequences, personnel schedules, and maintenance or repair orders.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements for high quality, cost-effectiveness, and excellent customer services.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of manufacturing or processing experience required
• Experience in the automotive industry required
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred (Must be fluent in English)
