Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrange Domestic / International work orders
Manage work order and follow-up with both Domestic / International agents
Review/audit vendor invoices and update accordingly
Submit payment request for payment to the vendor in a timely manner
Responsible for daily logistics operation to handle Department of Defense shipments
Provide customer service to clients via telephone and email
Track, trace, and update shipment data through tracing system
Manage account payable by registering invoice, submit payment request, and track payment status
Handle and resolve various complaint and claim from the customers
Other tasks assigned by upper management
Requirements:
Fluent in Korean and English Language
Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others
Ability to keep a level head and outstanding problem-solving
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
Ability to be detail-oriented
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
Korean (Required)

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
