Job Description
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales department
Manage all incoming/pending orders by communicating with salesmen, customer, and entire team
Coordinate shipments of our products with appropriate selection of logistic company
Create and ship samples to clients as needed
Process credit check and determine credit rating for new customers
Issue Confirmation of Orders, Final Invoice, Purchase Order and other documents as needed
Record and update sales amount of incoming/pending orders
General sales related work and other duties as assigned
Success will depend on the following REQUIRED qualifications:
Skills and Background: Strong capability in Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal (verbal / written) communication skills. Ability to communicate with various levels of management
Language Requirements: Strong proficiency and sophistication in the use of English in both written and verbal formats
Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC
Working conditions
Work days : Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch hour 12:00pm-1:00pm)
Salary - Negotiable/Based on experience / 90 days probation period
