1. Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data into our database accurately and efficiently while ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the information. The Data Entry Clerk will work with a variety of electronic information, including invoices, purchase orders, customer profiles, etc.
2. Type: Full-Time Position
3. Responsibilities
• Receive and process order entries in a timely manner.
• Manage orders using our database (SAP)
• Generate and manage all sales-related supporting documents.
• Receive and process invoices from vendors by their required due dates.
• Communicate with outside vendors to receive quotes.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
• Performing other duties as assigned
4. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business related required.
• Must be familiar with and have practical experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software.
• Complex problem-solving skills are required.
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills are required.
• Effective communication.
