- Food and Beverage Field or Culinary Art Experience
- Leadership experiences
- Strong Knowledge of foods, kitchen equipment, and cooking safety standards.
- Willing to experiment with new ways of cooking
How you will make an impact and create value every day!
- Create enhanced pre-opening training processes for new store openings.
- Work with the field operation team and facility management to bring success to our concepts.
- Train, supervise and lead a team of cooks and other kitchen staff.
- Create and share “service excellence” best practices with passion and pride
- Point of contact for our partners/vendor relations
- Establish menu plans, manage inventory, and order food products from suppliers; set budget targets for food costs.
- Assist in the Annual Budgeting Process
- Lead teams through action items and deadlines
- Collaborate with Human Resources and IT
- Assist in writing F&B training and SOP programs
- Assist in designing marketing collateral
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
