Wyndham Garden Hotel in Marietta, Georgia is seeking a great customer-focused associate
to join our front desk team to work on the Front Desk.

Overview
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries
  about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special
  requests, and rewards programs
• Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, and ensure you provide correct keys and room numbers
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
• Communicate with guests to address and resolve concerns and complaints during the stay
• Must possess general computer skills
• Must pass a background check to be considered for employment
• Previous hotel experience is preferred

Compensation
• Salary: $15.00/Hour for day shift, $17.00/Hour for night shift

Job Type: Full-time, Day or Night. Required education: High school or equivalent
