Summary

The Building Repair Manager oversees the maintenance and repair of industrial facilities, ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and effectively. Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• State-approved contractor license preferred, but not required.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in industrial facility maintenance and repair.
• Experience with managing large-scale repair projects in an industrial setting.

• In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Understanding of industrial facility operations and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to building maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.
• Understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

 Skills
• Strong technical skills to diagnose and repair building systems.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple repair projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets for repair and maintenance activities.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency repair situations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess facility conditions and prioritize repair needs.
