Automotive Sales Manager - Essential Duties
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
- Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Displays, merchandises and promotes used-vehicles.
- Reviews customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Be able to work with customers in a professional and ethical manner
-Setting and recording progress towards sales targets and Forecasting future sales numbers
Automotive Sales Manager Experience
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Key Skills as Sales Manager
- Customer service
- Be a team player
- Be able to negotiate
- Excellent time management
- Good level of mathematics
- Attention to detail
Working Hour and Salary
- Must be full-time
- Salary will be determined based on experience
