Cell Shift Lead

Location: White, GA | 3 Openings

What You'll Do

• Manage staff (temporary) team members, including but not limited to training, attendance management, work quality/productivity management, and filling in roles for no-show staff when necessary.

• Maintain constant communication with shuttle drivers and external warehouse personnel regarding real-time STO schedule updates.

• Receive and inspect incoming Cell materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

• Store and organize Cell inventory according to designated procedures, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track material movement.

• Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with the remaining warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse MHE experience preferred

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred

• Professional proficiency in English and Korean

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Communicate well with co-workers and clients
