아시안 아메리칸 정의진흥협회 에서 선출직 공직자 지망 소수계를 위한 워크숍을 진행합니다. 이번 워크샵은 한인들을 포함한 소수계의 정계 진출을 독려하고, 올해가 아니더라도 추후 선출직에 출마할 미래의 리더를 교육하는 자리입니다.
워크숍은 동남부 지역: 알라바마, 알칸사스, 플로리다, 조지아, 미시시피, 루이지애나, 노스캐롤라이나, 사우스 캐롤라이나, 테니시, 버지니아의 거주하는 아시안 아메리칸 및 소수계의 정치력 신장을 위한 트레이닝입니다.
또한 이번년도 부터는 학생 (17세-24세) 들의 워크샵을 함께하여 리더쉽을 기르고, 정책 및 정치 과정 에대해 배울수있는 기회입니다.
트레이닝은 토요일 4월23일 오전 8:30에 시작하여 일요일 4월24일 오후 12시에 마칩니다.
들루스 Sontesta Gwinnett Place Hotel 에서 진행되오니 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.
신청비는 $100 이고 식사 및 자료들을 제공해 드립니다 (학생들은 무료로 참여할수있습니다.)
신청마감은 4월18일 입니다. 트레이닝은 어른 20명 학생 10명으로 제한되어 있으니 꼭 신청바랍니다.

Join Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta for our Southern Regional Candidate Training. This non-partisan training is designed to provide potential candidates with the information and practical tools needed to run for elected office and win!
The training is open to individuals who are interested in running in the following Southern states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. While our focus is to train Asian Americans and other People of Color Candidates, we welcome and will consider all interested individuals.
This year's training is also open to Asian and Pacific Islander Youth (17-24) who are interested in leadership development, civic engagement, and learning about politics and the electoral process.
The Training will start on Saturday, April 23rd at 8:30 am and concludes on Sunday, April 24th at 12:00 pm. It will take place at the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Hotel in Duluth, Georgia. The registration fee for the training is only $100.00 and includes meals and materials. (FREE for the youth participants)
Deadline for registration is April 18th. The training is open to ONLY 20 adult participants and 10 youth participants.
