I'm posting this on behalf of my Georgia Tech friend.

Hi I have a one bed room apt right next to Georgia tech (west side) called the Arium westside. The rent fee is originally 1380 but I cut it to 1250. There is a 44 dollar service fee, a 30 dollar internet fee and water+electricity fee that is separate depending on how much you spend. There will be a deposit fee of 1250 which you will get back after you move out. I have several personal utilities such as dryer, laundry machine, dishwasher, two arm chairs, a coffee table, one office chairs and one office table, two low mattress and other things that I can show you when you are touring the apt. It is 10-15 walk to Georgia tech campus and it is on the west side of The campus. The one bedroom is really big and the living room and the kitchen are big too. The place is really clean and it can fit one or two people. Let me know if you are interested. You can move in from 05/30 and stay till 08/31
