2 bed 2 bath with a sunroom. Quiet and gated community with 24 hour security about 5 miles from Georgia tech campus. Located on bottom floor of 3 floor building so it stays cool during summer and warmer during winter. Name of the community is cross creek pkwy condominiums. Hands off landlord and easy going. Will have to submit application and background check.

Rent is $1025 per month and this includes water, sewage, and trash. Only thing to worry about is electricity. Electricity only costs around 25-30 a person if the a/c or heater are not being used. The current lease runs through the end of September but can be extended if you wish by talking to the landlord.
