What you’ll do:

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, patient goals, and the care team’s input
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure comprehensive, continuous care
• Document care activities, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapeutic techniques and assist patients with mobility
• A patient-centered approach and strong communication skills
• Location: In-person positions
