Who We Are 

As a high school varsity debater and college mock trial team member, Chris demonstrated aptitude for the law and oral advocacy since an early age. After graduating from one of the top law firms in the country, Chris spent nearly the last ten years navigating the legal system to vigorously represent his clients at the state, federal, and appellate levels. Prior to founding CS Law, Chris was an attorney for some of the pre-eminent defense firms in the state, representing numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as foreign and domestic insurance carriers. During this time, Chris was the lead attorney in hundreds of lawsuits and claims, many of which involving multi-million dollar amounts, and has published several opinions in the Court of Appeals on matters involving tort litigation. With this experience in complex litigation, Chris has the experience and expertise to represent his clients in whatever legal issue that may arise.  During his time as a defense lawyer, Chris intricately learned how the insurance companies operate. He now looks to use his vast civil experience to help injured victims stay one step ahead of the insurance companies' tactics and ensure his clients obtain the fullest extent of compensation available to them under the law. In addition to his civil experience, Chris served as a student prosecutor in the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office, spending time in the White Collar Crimes Unit, as well as handling felony cases in the courtroom of the Honorable Marc Anthony Scott. During this time, Chris successfully prosecuted felony cases through trial. Following his time at the DeKalb District Attorney's Office, Chris has also spent several years as a criminal defense lawyer defending clients in traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases across the state.
