똑같은 이름 계속쓰는게 기가막히네요
전화에 block option 이 있을텐데요

5년전에도 연락 받은적이 있는데 아직도 하네요ㅋㅋㅋ

Hi, I am Taiwanese and renting out part of my house in CA. A few days ago the same person contacted me asking me to send her photos. And I found it a bit odd because I posted the listing with photos. So I sent her a link to my FB post with PHOTOS. She replied with a long introduction, saying she's in Texas, willing to pay in advance, and STILL asking me again to send her photos. I felt even odder. And that was last night. I haven't replied to her email.

And this morning, she texted me again asking me to send her photos AGAIN! and add her on Kakao. And I knew something was wrong with this person. So I googled her phone number and found this page.

What I don't understand is how she scams $$$$ being a renter??? Would be great to know, because I started to have some weird contacts.

How she scam people (Naive folks)? I tell you how,but first I want to point out that "she" is not really she,could be anyone from oversea (could be some midget with potbelly,having an issue with his wee wee, so eats Viagra like candy)- I am guessing from India somewhere,typical place that is infested with scammers. I am on my way to work, so I will explain briefly.
 Suppose you rent your place out for $1000 a month,but she or he or shemale sends $2000-$3000 in advance. And a day or two later she would contact you and claim that she sent too much (by mistake), want you to deposit the check or MO, and she wants you to return the money,minus the rent....get it?
The check bounce few days later, and you're out of $2-3 grands. Not to mention the fee blood sucking banks charge you for bounced check
