안녕하세요
FAST Sports Performance에서 athletic trainer을 하고 있는 코치 DK입니다.
현재 운동 선수이거나, 학교에서 운동을 하고 싶은 학생들을 받고있습니다.
운동으로 대학이나 프로를 꿈꾸는 선수들을 연락주세요!
특히 지금 운동 선수로 대회 나가는 선수들은 적극 환영합니다!

저는 현재 조지아주/미국 전체 순위권에 있는 몇몇 선수들을 코칭하고있으며
선수들 운동 능력 향상 외에 신체적 밸런스, 바디 모빌리티, 선수의 단점, 장점, 그 선수의 스포츠에 맞게 운동을 진행이되고 있습니다.

1:1 or 1:2 으로만 진행하고 있습니다.

일반 피티도 받고 있으니, 다이어트, 스트레칭, 운동 능력 향상, 웨이트 트레이닝외에 운동하고 싶은신 분들도 참고해주세요!
특히 이제 곧 아이들 학교 시작하면, 이른 아침부터 이른 오후까지 운동하고 싶은 분들은 저랑 같이 헬스장 전체를 쓸수있는 좋은 기회입니다!
일반 피티는 1:1 or up to 1:4 진행하고 있습니다.

Hello, Coach DK here,
I've partnered with FAST Training located in Suwanee.
Currently taking any athletes who are playing competitive sports or plan to play sports competitively!
I'm currently working with highly ranked athletes within GA in their respective sport. If you or your child have a true passion of your sport and want to take your athletic ability to the next level, I highly recommend you reach out to me. We will cover everything from simple cardio, plyometrics, countermovement drills, speed&agility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body mobility, proper ways to warm up before matches and cool down, and much more tailored to each and every athlete.
Sports Performance is 1:1 or max 2:1

We also have PT sessions available, whether your goal is to lose weight, learn to lift, enhance body awareness, mobility work, enhance athletic ability, etc.
PT session is 1:1 or up to 1:4
Our facility will be emptied once summer sessions are finished, for those people who want private training, this is a good opportunity to train at an open gym!
