• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Duluth, GA
Responsibilities
• Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import/export processing.
• Receive, review, and process import/export documentation
• Research and obtain various vendors/agents and arrange transportation delivery.
• Track and trace shipments and provide updates to applicable parties. • Handle accounting tasks. (AP/AR/Closing/ etc.)
• Prepare and report service activities to Ocean Import Part/Team manager(s).
• Troubleshoot customer’s inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school or equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
• Korean (Preferred)
• Work authorization (Required)
• •Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
