You will learn how to use the kinesiology tape on our bodies.

Any types of athletes are highly recommended to participate.
The elderly can experience the amazing effect from the kinesiology tape. 
Ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, finger, neck, and low back issues can be improved.
