현재 Duluth 지역에서 식당 오픈을 위해 공사를 진행 중이며, 예상보다 공사 비용과 기간이 초과되어 마지막 마무리 단계에서 단기 자금이 필요한 상황입니다.

프로젝트는 이미 상당 부분 진행되었고, 오픈 직전 단계까지 와 있습니다. 단순히 마무리를 위한 자금이며, 단기간 내 상환을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

이자는 협의 가능하며, 담보 제공도 가능합니다.

무리한 조건이나 장기적인 지분/매출 쉐어 형태보다는, 명확한 조건 하에 단기 대출 형태를 선호합니다.
