이번 여름, 단순한 운동을 넘어 “성장과 퍼포먼스”로 완성되는 특별한 경험을 시작합니다.

**K Pilates에서는 7인의 전문 강사진과 함께**

청소년의 성장 단계와 신체 구조를 기반으로 설계된

전문 4주 집중 필라테스 프로그램을 운영합니다.

아이들이 자신의 몸을 이해하고,

올바르게 움직이고, 자신감 있게 표현할 수 있도록 돕는 과정입니다.

KPILATES YOUTH PERFORMANCE 2026

 

2026 Summer Premium Youth Pilates Program

For growing adolescents, developing a strong foundation in posture and healthy movement is essential.

This summer, we invite students to experience a program that goes beyond exercise—

a transformational journey of growth and performance.

At K Pilates, a team of 7 professional instructors has designed a specialized 4-week intensive Pilates program based on adolescent development and biomechanics.

Through this program, students will learn to understand their bodies, move with proper alignment, and build confidence in both movement and self-expression.

Program Schedule

Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 27, 2026 (4 weeks)

Class Days: Monday / Wednesday / Friday

Time: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Structure: 24 regular sessions + 1 Final Performance (Total: 25 sessions)

Final Showcase Performance

Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026

Time: 1:00 PM

This final showcase highlights students’ progress, confidence, and physical expression developed throughout the program.

Age Group & Class Structure

Age Range: 11–15 years old

Class Structure: 2 age-based groups

Class Size: Maximum 10 students per class (small-group instruction)

This ensures highly personalized attention, allowing instructors to carefully observe each student’s alignment, movement patterns, and development.
