Hyundai Robotics USA Inc. is looking to hire an Accounting Administrator (Office Manager).

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Hyundai office manager on Hyundai Robotics US HQ.
• Oversee and support all administrative and accounting duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
• Perform a variety of accounting duties for a company, such as tax reconciliation, bookkeeping, invoicing, and inventory control.
• Manage a company's financial processes and operations, which include reviewing invoices, running payroll, budgeting, and tax preparation.
• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
• Monthly & Quarterly financial reports.
• Some Human Resources.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as necessary.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Handle license & Insurance renewals.
• Work with outside CPA Firm on related tasks.
Other duties:
• Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Requirements/Qualification:
• Must possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Korean).
• Experience with AP, AR, and QuickBooks.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• A criminal background check, 4-panel drug screen and accounting test will be required.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.
• Handles confidential information discreetly.
• Machinery or robotics experience is a plus.
Work Environment:
• The work environment is a non-smoking office environment.
Job Type: Full-time on site
Pay: $60,000 per year, plus dependent upon education/experience
