Summary:
Nexien Inc. is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to communicate with client partners to
comprehend and develop solutions for their business objectives. The ideal candidate must have a strong
understanding and experiences working in business development and account growth. This position also
requires a general understanding of full cycle recruiting processes, job board descriptions, and project
coordination.
Responsibilities:
Initiate new business prospects to supply staffing services, create relationships to satisfy the
demands of the client in the designated market, while meeting quality standards
Provide customer service through building trusted relationships, offering seasoned advice,
ensuring qualify of service, and resolving problems
Research local market to identify businesses opportunities and potential customers
Research and learn new techniques to outreach channels for sourcing job candidates, including
but not limited to advertising, job fairs, referral programs, community partnerships, and
commission-based freelance recruiters
Effectively interface and communicate with all levels of the organization to coordinate and
oversee all HR-related activities
Report to headquarters through daily, weekly, and monthly reports and meetings
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
Qualifications:
At least 3 years Management/Sales experience
Bilingual Korean/English required (Spanish speaker is a plus)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with local area surrounding Savannah, GA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
