1. Tax 분야

We are currently looking for:

Positions
1) Tax Managers (Full-time): Atlanta, GA and Detroit, MI
2) Tax Senior Associates or Experienced Associates (Full-time): Atlanta, GA and Detroit, MI


Job Responsibilities
1) Tax Managers 
    – Manage tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision service
    – Develop, build, and manage client relationships
    – Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff

2) Tax Senior Associates or Experienced Associates
    – Perform and review enterprise and individual tax compliance engagements, tax planning, and  tax provisions for clients 
    – Report directly to Tax supervisor or Manager and work collaboratively with team members
    – Interact closely with the client and their advisors


Qualifications
1) Tax Managers 
    – Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in accounting, tax, or business
    – Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
    – Eligible to work in the U.S. (such as US citizen, permanent resident, or OPT status)
    – 5 years+ of experience in tax compliance and advisory service
    – Corporation income tax provision and international tax experience are preferred
    – CPA license is preferred

2) Tax Senior Associates or Experienced Associates (Full-time)
    – Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in accounting , tax, or business
    – Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
    – Eligible to work in the U.S. (such as US citizen, permanent resident, or OPT status)
    – 2 years+ of experience (Tax Senior Associates) in preparation of forms and schedules related to federal, state, and local tax returns
    – CPA or EA is preferred

2. Audit 분야

Position
Entry-Level/Experienced Audit Associates (Full-time): Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA and Detroit, MI

Job Responsibilities
– Conduct audits and other assurance engagements for a variety of clients
– Communicate and interact with the supervisor, other team members, and clients
– Perform assigned tasks under the supervisor’s instruction


Qualifications
– Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in accounting, or business
– Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
– Eligible to work in the U.S. (such as US citizen, permanent resident, or OPT status)
– Previous accounting experience or CPA is preferred
