1)    통역: 한국어/영어 통역 가능하신 분 (주간/야간)

2)    사무지원: 사무 업무 경력 있으신 분 우대 (주간)

3)    생산관리직: 생산직 인력 관리 업무 경력 있으신 분 우대

4)    생산직: 간단한 기계조작, 무경험자 지원 가능 (주간/야간)

We are currently looking to fill a recruiting assistant intern in the GA area.
조지아 지역에서 함께 일하실 리쿠르팅 어시스턴트 인턴분을 찾고 있습니다.

Responsibilities
• Assist hiring managers coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
• Assist new hires with all aspects of the onboarding process
• Source qualified candidates from various resume databases
• Review resumes for qualified candidates, pre-screen, interview
• Respond to employee inquiries
• Provide support to the team through assigned projects and day-to-day activities
• Call candidate using a given phone directory to set up an interview
• Answer incoming calls from prospective candidate
• Use scripts to provide information about requirements etc

Qualifications
• Korean-English bilingual proficiency
• Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
