<HR and Office Manager>
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of HR functions for the warehouse, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner with warehouse management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to hire qualified and diverse candidates for warehouse positions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of warehouse employees.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and evaluate staffing agencies that align with our company's values, culture, and hiring needs.
- Negotiate and secure lease agreements with landlords, ensuring favorable rates and terms for corporate apartments.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Plan and allocate annual and monthly labor budget.
Qualifications
- English/Korean required
- 7+ Years of experience in Human Resources and/or office management required.
- Experience with employment laws (federal, state, and local), compensation investigations, training, and performance management.
- General knowledge of Human Resources processes, management, and technological solutions.
- Experience with performance management and talent management.
- Proficient in MS Suite with emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, reports)
<Office Administrator>
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and managing performance expectations.
- Work closely with staffing agencies to source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions.
- Provide accurate job descriptions and specifications to staffing agencies to ensure a clear understanding of our hiring requirements.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accurate employee information is entered into HRIS.
- Review and verify employees’ timecards to ensure accuracy.
- Work with Safety Team in implementing the safety programs to minimize risk and provide a safe workplace.
- Conduct emergency evacuation training and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment(assets), ensuring adequate inventory and proper functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate apartment lease program, aligned with company policies and employee needs.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new corporate apartment tenants, providing guidance on lease terms, move-in procedures, and community guidelines.
- Manage and maintain a database of corporate apartment leases, including tenant information, lease terms, maintenance records, and payment history.
- Coordinate with landlords and property management companies to address tenant concerns, oversee maintenance requests, and resolve any lease-related issues.
- Responsible for recording and processing expenses.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Human Resources and/or office management preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Korean is required.
<Warehouse Operations Supervisor& Kitting Lead>
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations during assigned shifts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures during shifts to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and report on the status of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
- Collaborate with managers to implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.
- Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor shift performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, providing shift-specific reports on issues, key information, and operational handovers.
- Track and report daily attendance and workforce presence for assigned shifts.
- Maintain communication with customer representatives, addressing inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are met during assigned shifts.
- Cultivate a strong customer focus and implement corrective actions based on feedback from shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Korean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Negotiable)
