We are currently looking to immediately hire (3) Billings Clerk/Administrative Assistant positions at our Fairburn, Georgia Facility.

We are currently looking to fill (3) positions. Possibly TEMP to PERM positions.

 

Job Title: Billings Clerk

Pay: $19.00/Hour

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: Fairburn, Georgia

Bilingual: Preferred 2 of 3 positions fluent in Korean/English

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description: This position will be responsible for processing AR/AP invoices for Freight Forwarding. Duties include, but

are not limited to: data entry, record keeping, monitoring AR/AP, participating in month-end closing, and

preparing audits and variance reports. Also, support AHQ operations

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficient PC skills (MS office), Detail Oriented, Highly Organized, Problems Solver, Critical Thinker
