Job Summary
We are looking for a Region Manager (Georgia) to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential
hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The region Manager’s responsibilities include sourcing candidates
online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview
formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d
like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
 Manage and operate the recruitment and selection process, recruiters, and recruitment office(s).
 Manage on-site manager and the account relation and have a regular cadence meeting with the account.
Report site activities and performance for both recruiting office and the account to the business plan,
employee’s status, the risk daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
 Manage Recruiting process for both Hourly and Salary positions.
 Look for new strategies and outreach avenues of sourcing job candidates, not limited to advertising, job
fair, referral program, community partnership, and commission-based freelance recruiters.
 Manage all communication channels for recruiting and employee relations, such as but not
limited to phone, text, voicemail, job postings, and job inquiries, but not limited.
 Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
 Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all HR-
related activities.
 Maintain employee data and files securely and compliantly.
Qualifications:
 Bilingual Korean and English (Speaking Spanish is a plus)
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
