Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for project management, construction management, and sales programs and processes within the HVAC construction company. They will collaborate with our sales team to manage the execution of sales projects, biddings, and coordination.

Our technology in the Clean Room/Dry Room space has made us an indispensable partner in securing large-scale manufacturing conditions in various industries. At the moment we have secured various contracts in Georgia and Arizona, and look to further our projects across the United States.
Applicant Requirements:
1) US Citizenship or US Residency Required
Responsibilities:
1) Collaborate with the sales team to discuss current and future projects
2) Attend meetings with clients as a representative of the company regarding biddings, credit, and sales.
3) Attend business trips to meet potential partners in future projects
4) Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to establish quality control plans, inspection checklists, and testing protocols for HVAC systems and components.
5) Monitor and analyze data from quality audits, inspections, and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for preventive action.
6) Investigate customer complaints, warranty claims, and product returns, coordinating corrective and preventive actions to address underlying quality issues and prevent recurrence.
7) Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of materials, equipment, and components procured for construction projects.
8) Collaborate with internal departments, such as design engineering, procurement, and production, to address quality-related concerns, resolve technical issues, and optimize processes.
9) Communicate quality performance, improvement initiatives, and best practices to management, employees, customers, and other stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business (sales related) preferred
* Experience in sales (preferred)
* Experience in engineering (required)
* Prior Experience with working in the construction industry, particularly in the field of HVAC, Clean Room, Dry Room
* Proficiency in quality management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in Korean and previous working experience in Korea preferred.
