HRCap, Inc. is an Asian American global executive search firm that provides total HR solutions and executive recruiting services for numerous national and international companies in various industries. We have worked with numerous professionals of diverse backgrounds and placed them in various industries ranging from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

 

In celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we are offering a scholarship to promote and empower the next generation of multicultural leaders. This scholarship is to identify and empower student leaders that embody HRCap values: service excellence, professionalism, integrity, cultural diversity, and human development.

 

HRCap Next-Gen Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

 

In order to participate in the scholarship contest, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be US Citizen (or permanent resident);
Currently Enrolled in College or Graduate School;
Identify as Asian American & Pacific Islander OR is taking Asian American studies or an Asian language course
 

Instructions

 

      The scholarship application will start on May 15, 2022, and end on August 1, 2022.

Apply through bold.org (launching May 15, 2022)
 

Make sure to have an updated resume that highlights all your educational background, club activities, and community leadership experiences. Take note of the scholarship essay prompt below, and submit before the August 1 deadline!

 

Scholarship Essay Prompt: (1) What does your AAPI culture mean to you and/or why are you interested in Asian American studies/languages? (2) HRCap values service excellence, professionalism, integrity, cultural bridge, and human development. How do you display HRCap's values as a leader in your community?

 

We will announce the winners on August 31, 2022.

 

Awards

 

The top 6 winners will be selected based on scholastic achievement and essay.

·        One Gold winner will receive $1500.

·        Two Silver winners will receive $1000.

·        Three Bronze winners will receive $500.+1`

·        Top 25 Finalists will be receive a 1:1 resume review and career coaching mentorship.
