Summary:
Nexien Inc. is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to communicate with client partners to
comprehend and develop solutions for their business objectives. The ideal candidate must have a strong
understanding and experiences working in business development and account growth. This position also
requires a general understanding of full cycle recruiting processes, job board descriptions, and project
coordination.

Responsibilities:
 Initiate new business prospects to supply staffing services, create relationships to satisfy the
demands of the client in the designated market, while meeting quality standards
 Provide customer service through building trusted relationships, offering seasoned advice,
ensuring qualify of service, and resolving problems
 Research local market to identify businesses opportunities and potential customers
 Research and learn new techniques to outreach channels for sourcing job candidates, including
but not limited to advertising, job fairs, referral programs, community partnerships, and
commission-based freelance recruiters
 Effectively interface and communicate with all levels of the organization to coordinate and
oversee all HR-related activities
 Report to headquarters through daily, weekly, and monthly reports and meetings
 Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management

Qualifications:
 At least 3 years Management/Sales experience
 Bilingual Korean/English required (Spanish speaker is a plus)
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Familiarity with local area surrounding Savannah, GA
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
