Financial Specialist

Reports to: Finance Manager
Location: Dalton, GA (30 minutes outside of Chattanooga, TN and 60 minutes from metro Atlanta, GA)
Classification: Salary Exempt
SUMMARY
The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing the company's P&L including forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities
• Conduct AR/AP Process (document review to payment)
• Forecast working capital (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Prepare periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and cashflow statements.
• Performs ad hoc financial analysis & reporting in support of management upon request
• Assist the annual business plan and provide budget vs actual variance reports to user departments and the management.
• Provide outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
• Handle and follow up on various tax related issues with accounting professionals
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS USA, Inc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in related fields
0-5 years of job specific experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint with strong analytical skills
Ability to work in cross functional teamwork environment with other areas of the business and providing on-site support as needed
Fluently speaking both English and Korean
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· CPA or candidate for CPA
· Strong knowledge of Accounting , GAAP, and U.S Tax
