First Job Information
Title: Administrator, 3PL East Coast
Pay: $57k- $68k
Location: Duluth, GA
Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Description: The Administrator, 3PL East Coast position will coordinate and monitor Inbound, Outbound and In-land operations related to the transportation of 3PL customers. In addition, this role will compile reports and provide support to Management with assisting customers, along with internal and external channels and partners.

Responsibilities
Inbound, Outbound, and In-land Operations
Develop and maintain distribution networks including customer service; direct interaction with customers
Create and review plans and procedures, which will maximize customer satisfaction
Track/locate containers on a daily basis; railing, in port, and on the sea on steamship lines
Manage outbound booking information and create bookings with multiple steamship lines based upon customers needs
Make arrangements between customers and truckers to meet the most convenient time for customers and provide tracking details
File export declaration by using ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) system for each customer and ensure their shipments have been reported to the U.S. CBP without any issues
Communicate with steamship line for any issues regarding outbound shipments such as Bill of Lading corrections, Releases, Service Contract, Ocean Freight, etc.
Reporting and Management Support
Analyze and manage the volume of inbound shipments, which includes supporting and fixing supply chain issues, distributing delivery schedules with different motor carriers, and managing daily ETA and tracing report
Report and communicate supply chain interruptions to internal and external accounts; publish the status of orders, shipping, and delivery reports
Prepare the supporting documents and coordinate with a related party to settle the claims and other issues
Support and guide other team members to solve the operational issues

Title: Senior Analyst, 3PL East Coast
Pay: $52k- $58k
Location: Duluth, GA
Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Description: The Senior Analyst, 3PL East Coast will coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound traffic regarding transportation of cargo in and out of the U.S., as well as coordinating and maintaining trading operations.


Responsibilities
Oversee Ocean In/Outbound Operation and Provide Customer Services
Provide exceptional customer service
Monitor and update in/outbound schedules (A/W & MLB)
Provide daily follow up to in/outbound accounts (tracing reports twice/day, including weekends if needed) via phone and/or e-mail
Monitor cargo data to validate prior to sending notifications to customers
Coordinate trucking (dispatching, tracking, tracing, prevention of detention/demurrage/Chassis and other charges)
Coordinate warehousing, storage, additional trucking, and final delivery to customers' facilities
Provide Inland Transportation Services
Provide daily operational services, including trucking dispatch of inland transportation
Daily communication with truckers, shippers, customers, and brokers
Support managers to prepare for RFP
Research rates, routes, truckers, for new customers
Create Monthly Reports for A/R and A/P for Local and Overseas Agents
Process all A/R and A/P invoices
Create reports for accounting departments
Follow-up on aging invoices with customers
Prepare Hyundai Glovis Korea settlement reports; reconcile data on weekly and monthly basis
Provide support for all administrative tasks from management as needed
Support Trading Operations
Monitor and handle in/outbound trading cargo
Daily communication with trading clients, vendors, and overseas agents
Prepare for letter of credits with bank(s) and responsible parties

Third Job Information

Title: Customs Entry Writer
Pay: $52k-62k
Location: Duluth, GA
Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Description: The Customs Entry Writer position is responsible for accurate and timely transmission of customs entries to US Customs and Border Protection. Essential duties and responsibilities include gathering required documents and information, performing review and assessment of accuracy for customs entry and ISF, monitoring ISF requests and complete ISF filing in an accurate and timely manner, and processing customs entries and post-entry work.


Responsibilities

Process import US Customs entries and other government agency declarations
Gather required documents and perform document review and assessment of accuracy, verifying key data elements (C.O.O, IOR, terms of sale, NDC, NEV, etc.) for entry and ISF to ensure adherence to customer SOPs federal/international regulations and Glovis America's SOP.
Closely monitor ISF requests and complete ISF filing in an accurate and timely manner
Process import US Customs documentation including CF 3461, 7501, 7512 and transmit to US Customs via ABI system
Process PGAs declarations including FDA, DOT, FCC, F&W, TTB, USDA and etc.
Review and monitor all customs releases, rejections, and other correspondence as appropriate
Responsible for timely and accurate communication with all related parties including oversea offices, customers, CBP, PGAs, etc.
Prepare entry documents for Customs approval and Duty payments
Perform audit review on all assigned entry files and duty payments to US Customs
Process customs-related AR/AP invoices
Process post-entry work
Process PEA, ruling requests, CF 28s, refunds, protests, and drawbacks
Review and monitor post-entry work and other correspondence as appropriate
Respond to inquiries from customers, and oversea offices and resolve issues
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Prepare and present reports on a regular basis
Prepare weekly report
Create monthly AR/AP report
