 수행업무

-      주재원 및 출장자 지원 (호텔/숙소 및 렌터카 계약 진행 및 관리)
-      주재원 Relocation 지원 (housing 및 학교 물색, 서류작성 지원)
-      주재원 초기 정착 지원 (예시: SSN / DMV 신청 및 발급)
-      기타 통역 등의 지원 업무
-      필수사항: 영어 커뮤니케이션, 비즈니스 written communication 가능
-      우대사항: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint 등)

BOSK Workplace Operations Specialist (Supporter)

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Entry level or 1 year+ experience in adminisatation
Secondee business upkeep/management for relocation and settlement in U.S.
Communication skill to coordinate and manage multi-tasks
Proactive support for secondees’ upon request
Bi-lingual (English and Korean) is mandatory
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
