Job Title : Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

· Understand the entire manufacturing process for the grinding line to ensure efficient operation.

· Take responsibility for the production grinding process and supervise a team consisting of inserter, cover insert workers, final inspectors, and packaging workers.

· Ensure all materials and supplies necessary for a smooth production flow are available.

· Inspect all grinding machines and equipment before starting work.

· Ensure machines are operational and that the production facility meets safety standards.

· Strive to achieve the targets for productivity, quality, and safety standards.

· Identify problems and areas for improvement and implement solutions to resolve all issues.

· Record relevant information in required forms regarding production details, such as problem-solving and downtime, for future reference.

· Supervise grinding line workers overall and train them to optimize production.

· Ensure the vision system is functioning properly.

· Identify defective parts that need to be separated due to quality issues.

· Implement tasks according to the manager’s instructions.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the production manager.

Required Qualifications

· Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.

· Experience in Manufacturing.

· A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

· Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic for teamwork.

· Ability to create and comply with forms required for the production process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year ~
