[Position Summary]

This position is responsible for managing and executing anime convention objectives. Convention Associates support the overall functioning of conventions.


[Essential Functions]

- Able to drive to convention locations within the U.S.
- Support and execute sales objectives for anime conventions.
- Manage, maintain, and recommend continuous improvements for all booth properties and convention assets, including exploring new booth designs.
- Prepare for shows by pulling products, packing, and labeling.
- Load and unload products for designated events.
- Set up, organize, and display products for sale at anime conventions.
- Maintain basic logs and perform data entry.
- Respond to customers tactfully and courteously.
- Lift or move objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements


[Requirements]

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Ability to think and work independently, meet deadlines, and pay extreme attention to detail while also working as part of a team.
- Desire to continually improve performance.
- Excellent memory and organizational skills.
- Must be able to travel.
- Working knowledge of MS software and POS systems.


* This position does not require prior experience.
* This position may require an adjusted work schedule, long days and evenings, and weekend hours to meet deadlines.
