Bilingual (English/Korean) Manager for Retail Store (Customer Service & Inventory Management) ($60k/yr Starting Salary)
We are looking for a friendly and motivated full-time manager to help lead our front end operations. This involves customer service, customer management, inventory management, and employee management. Applicant must initiate and be eager to learn. The job will be in a retail setting as our business is a discount retailer of home renovation products (similar to Home Depot).
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone that can master our customer service and inventory management process and then help oversee this process with our customer service team. Must learn to use our Clover POS system, understand inventory management, and maintain a positive attitude while helping our customers with their needs. You will be using Microsoft Excel to manage most of the inventory and software applications like Asana to manage customer purchases and pickups (if you don’t have experience with Clover and Asana, that is Okay. We can train you to learn). You must be comfortable using computers since most of the job will be done behind multiple monitors.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual with the ability to speak both English and Korean (Korean must be good enough to help Korean speaking customers with their needs and customize their orders).
- Prior experience using multiple applications/software and multiple screens simultaneously.
-Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
-Comfortable with basic math (must be able to calculate square footage, apply discounts, and adjust for refunds).
-Must be able to type 60 words per minute (minimum)
- Ability to work 8:00am to 6:00pm (Monday - Saturday)
Salary/Pay:
$18-20/hour starting pay (starting salary will be approximately $60k). You will have the opportunity to make a higher set salary once you prove to be a contributor to the growth of the company. We are looking for someone to grow with us. Our company is growing fast and we need talented individuals that can lead this company into the right direction. Our company is only 5 years old and there is a LOT of room for growth. Your pay will increase as your responsibilities and skills increase.
