At LG Solutions LLC, we take pride in ensuring that all contracted companies and their employees are well coordinated and any issues that can adversely affect their employment are handled in an effective and efficient manner.


The Human Resources manager is responsible for ensuring that all employees’ employment lifecycles are well managed for the duration of their employment in the office and in the Ultium Cells Plant.

Responsibilities
• Serve clients and employees of various companies be it in accommodation, car rentals, equipment, and assistance in transportation going to and from the
        airports in the area.
• Assist in communicating company policies and procedures.
• Create, edit and update job descriptions as necessary.
• Answer any questions or concerns employees may have.
• Keep accurate records regarding purchasing, finances, rent, and other assets utilized by clients.
• Maintenance of employee records
• Assist in hiring, termination, and adjustments in employment of employees.
• Assist in the distribution of payroll. Serve as employee liaison to problem resolution and conflict in benefit deductions and/or pay.
• Ensure compliance with local and state employment laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• General knowledge of administration and record keeping
• Bilingual- Applicants are expected to have basic competency in both Korean and English
• Expected to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
