As a security service provider, we are looking for a Man Guard Security Manager responsible for overseeing daily security operations of the company and manage relationships with customers and vendors.

Security Manager Duties/ Responsibilities

 Support the goals and objectives of the customer to maintain security and safety by handling vendors providing man guard service.
 Supervise all security related projects and issues.
 Direct, manage, and coordinate security related services.
 Develop and implement cohesive policies, procedures, and training programs.
 Create and send invoices and statements to customers.
 Manage all account-specific security practices including performance management and reviews, discipline, and complaint resolution.
 Building and maintaining effective relationship with both customers and vendors.
 Ensuring jobs sites are provided with high-quality security services.
 Review service agreements and contracts.

Requirement

Education: Associate’s degree or higher
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
Legally authorized to work in the US
Travel to client sites when required
Bilingual (English/Korean)
