1) Job Summary:
A Production Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising hourly employees, setting shift/daily goals, managing inventory, driving success in all KPI’s and/or key business metrics (Safety, Quality, Service, etc.), driving performance improvements in managing cost and continuous improvement, and team member development at Temple, TX location.

2) Objective:
This position will be tasked with assisting the commercial team in gathering leads from the various commercial lead channels, uploading lead data into Salesforce, assisting in monthly tracking of existing specifications and helping manage existing project bids to help forecast material needs.

3) Roles & Responsibility:
• Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
• Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
• Assist in developing and orientate new team members
• Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
• Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
• Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
• Collaborate cross functionally other departments and organizational stakeholders
