NOROO Automotive Coatings America is an automotive paint supplier to OEM auto part makers.
Our main customers are Hyundai/Kia, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, GM, etc.
We are looking for an individual to join our Finance Department.
1. Position: Part-time Administrator
2. Job Description:
- Journal entries in Quickbooks
- Keep up with receipts.
- Customer usage confirmation.
- Confirm vendor invoice amount to POs.
- etc
3. Hours: Mon-Fri 4-6 hours/day(negotiable)
Preferred skills:
- Bilingual Korean/English preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Quickbooks
