Loan Processor
This is no ordinary position.
This is for someone who is ambitious and wants to grow super fast, inherit company networks and eventually become a part owner.
If you have zero experience and zero networks in this field, you will start as a 신입사원. However, if you have the zeal and dedication, you will be earning over
$120,000+ in 2.5 years. If you have experience in a mortgage or commercial loan brokerage, you can negotiate your terms after 30 days - 90 days.
This is for someone who wants to eventually take over the company, not for someone who wants to earn the same income every year.
The loan brokerage company is comprised of 3 full-time and 3 contractors including CEO and VP. The company culture values baby boomer generation integrity above all. This is not a remote work position.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative assistant duties for CEO and VP
Communicate with prospects, clients, and leads.
Assess customer credit
Gather client information and provide appropriate loan options
Gatekeeper for an inbound call
Maintain precise data entry on financial records
Communicate with financial institutions
Compare interest rate and loan options
Requirement
Associates or Bachelor's degree
Fluency in Korean and English
Basic excel skill
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail on computer
Interest in banking, loan, credit, mortgage, and real estate
Compensation
Health Insurance after the orientation period
Related field experience is a plus
