We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager for Solar Materials. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's solar materials to customers and industry professionals. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the renewable energy market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 40% of the time.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
