A. Responsibilities.

i. Assist with the project cost control.

ii. Monitor and forecast cost to complete the project or during project.

iii. Work with Project Manager to determine and track change order.

iv. Check the payment application to submit the owner or contractor.

v. Calculate the Quantity and establish the bill of quantity

B. Requirements.

i. Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.

ii. 3+ years experienced in the construction field.

iii. Experience with construction software and technology such as MS-Project, Primavera

iv. Knowledge of RFI’s, Change Orders, Submittals and Scheduling

v. Experienced the project from ground breaking to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
