Responsibilities:
● IT Helpdesk management and daily operations (HR and communication with client’s IT department)
● IT asset management (hardware, software, etc.)
● Establishment of PC deployment policy
● Microsoft 365 management (License, Azure AD, Intune, MAM, Autopilot, etc.)
● Security Program policy management
● Video conferencing (Cisco) troubleshooting
● Managing and effectively addressing customer/end-user inquiries, while providing a satisfactory resolution in a timely and professional manner
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and access controls
Qualifications:
● Korean-English bilingual required
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
● At least 2 years of experience as a Helpdesk Manager or 5+ years of experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
● Strong knowledge of IT asset management, including Microsoft 365
● Previous experience supporting antivirus and anti-malware applications or equivalent combination of education and experience
● Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with both technical and business team members at all levels within an organization
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
