NEXIEN is hiring a Korean/English Translator. The position is responsible for providing translation service to an employee from South Korea and support other activities, including the coordination of daily activities, special projects, and other functions as necessary. Required Experience:
Responsibilities:
+ Act as the gateway between the visitor and local employees on the production field
+ Maintain calendars and schedule/organize meetings and appointments
+ Attend meetings to take minutes/notes and to follow up on action items
+ Translate and transcribe verbal and recorded notes and phone calls
+ Additional projects as needed

Requirements:
+ Ability to work independently with little supervision
+ Ability to maintain confidential information
+ Highly organized, ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, executives, vendors, and customers
+ Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations

Education and Experience:
+ Must be fluent in Korean and English
+ Prefer translation certification, Korean/English
+ Prefer translation experience in business environment
+ Bachelors' degree in English or Pre-Law, preferred but not required

+ Full-Time, Contract (1 months and half)
+ Pay Rate: $18/hr (overtime after 40 hours), Rental Car: Small sedan with weekly limit
