노루비 케미컬은 대형 자동차 벤더들(현대/기아, 벤츠, 포드, BMW, 닛산, 도요타 등)에게 B2B로 자동차 플라스틱용 코팅을 납품하고 있습니다.

Location: Suwanee, GA

Job Type : Full Time
Tile : Customer Service Representative

Job Description :
* Interface with customers regarding requests, orders and shipments
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Develop monthly sales reports
* Inventory assistance
* Visit customer site on regular basis (travel less than 20%)

Requirements/Experience:
* Customer service, professionalism, Dependability, System Admin, etc
* Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook , etc)
• Strong English communication skills.
