Logistics Analyst (100% Employer Paid Health Benefit) – Buford, GA > 구인/구직

Job Summary:
The Logistics Analyst will oversee the supply chain (international& domestic) processes of our products and/or parts. Ensure smooth inbound(receiving) & outbound(shipping) process by coordinating with freight forwarders, truck brokers/carriers, direct-ship vendors, tracking, reviewing invoices, and communicating shipment status to all relevant internal & external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with various forwarders, brokers, drayage companies to arrange the final-mile delivery.
• Making sure inbound ocean containers are delivered to our D/Cs timely.
• Supporting sales team and other internal customers.
• Tracking ocean import containers and keeping Forwarders accountable.
• Issue DO and other relevant documents to Broker/MCs.
• Customer Service / Troubleshooting
• Other duties as assigned (growing rapidly so job description subject to changes).

Skill Requirements:
• Experience in international/domestic logistics/customer service (Strongly Preferred).
• EKnowledge of SAP => ERP system (Strongly Preferred).
• Familiar with Incoterm (Preferred).
• Experience working with ocean carrier or 3PL/NVO/Forwarder (Preferred).
• Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others.
• Ability to keep a level head and outstanding problem-solving.
• Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred (Must be fluent in English)
